EBS MANAGEMENT team

Gabe Zizza
President

Gabe Zizza founded EBS in 1968 and today maintains the company as one of the largest, privately owned commercial contract cleaners in the northeast. Gabe maintains an active role in EBS and chairs many of the management groups within the company. Gabe also maintains a hands-on approach to the company, and frequently inspects client sites to ensure that EBS is providing the high quality level of service for which it is known.

 
David Mann
Controller

David Mann is a ten-year veteran with Eastern Building Services where he oversees all administration and finance including customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing.  A former Director of Finance at Burdett College (now Mass Bay), David adds tremendous value to the organization in every area.
 
Michael Gauthier
Business Development Manager

Michael is responsible for sales and marketing functions for overall business growth. He was a former inside sales and support representative for Acushnet Company, who serviced both large-scale superstores and small on course pro-shops directly throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. He represented Acushnet Company at many expo events; PGA & club ran tournaments nationwide during his tenure. Michael also brings experience in Internet startup ventures and mass marketing / advertising techniques. He is a Boston College graduate and former captain of BC’s Baseball team and is currently heading Eastern Building Services’ EBS GREENTM program.
 
Elana Zizza
Customer Service Manager

Elana Zizza has worked directly with Eastern Building Services’ largest accounts for over ten years.   She is responsible for overseeing operations at numerous locations.  Elana also brings experience in various marketing and administrative functions.
 
Richard Polechio
Special Services Manager

Richard has the responsibility of maintaining client satisfaction. As the Special Services Manager, he oversees the Special Services teams. Richard manages all account startups and implements training procedures, and is involved with specialized cleaning needs such as clean room operations and water damage restoration needs. Prior to joining EBS in February of 1996, he was the Director of Operations for another major cleaning company.  He is a 27-year veteran of the cleaning industry. Richard brings a high level of expertise to EBS and works closely with the Manager of Operations.
 
Jorge Baez
Customer Service Manager

Jorge has been with EBS since 1992. After graduating from Suffolk University, he started at EBS as a part-time supervisor and worked his way through the ranks to Area Manager. Jorge is now responsible for the Boston Area and handles some of EBS’ largest accounts. He works directly with our Manager of Operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
